Tuesday – Saturday Roster

Are you a passionate business leader, stylist and expert in all things customer experience? We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Boutique Managers to lead our Miranda or Manly teams.

This role requires you to coach and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service, sales and KPI results. As a passionate brand ambassador, you will uphold immaculate Visual Merchandising and team presentation standards, whilst coaching and developing a team of service experts.

CASUAL STYLIST

MANLY, NSW

Are you passionate about all things customer service and styling? A rare opportunity has popped up in a dream location! We are looking for a Casual Stylist to join our new Manly team.

This role requires you to deliver exceptional customer service as an inspiring Tigerlily Brand Ambassador. You will have immaculate personal presentation and support the Boutique Manager in achieving individual and store targets, operations and Visual Merchandising.

CLUSTER MANAGER - SYDNEY, NSW

If you are a passionate, inspirational leader we want to hear from you!

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Ensure all team members deliver individual sales and KPI performance above company benchmark by driving exceptional customer service

Review Cluster sales and KPIs daily to provide targeted, store-specific feedback and strategies. Oversee rostering to meet wage and expenditure expectations, adjust regularly to suit trade patterns.

Conducting regular store visits to offer consistent and regular feedback on individual and store performance, driving regular business improvement initiatives and providing ongoing support to all Boutiques.

Provide targeted coaching and feedback to drive team performance in sales, operations, and customer service.

Recruit, train and develop a passionate team, following best practice in all recruitment and training processes.

Offer ongoing coaching to all team members in product knowledge and selling skills, to develop best-in-business stylists and service experts. Motivate and inspire the team, providing recognition of high performance and monitoring team morale.

Conduct regular reviews with Boutique Business Managers and in-store team, setting clear performance goals and promoting internal succession opportunity within the Tigerlily business. Identify underperformance in the team and execute performance counselling where necessary.

Implement targeted strategies to ensure growth, increased sales, and exceptional EBITDA results within the Cluster.

Plan for stocktakes, coaching leaders in strategies to exceed company benchmarks for shrinkage and stock accuracy.

 

  To be successful in this role you will have:

Previous multi-site management or flagship experience

Proven ability in consistently driving and achieving top line sales

A charismatic leadership approach with a focus on team culture

Passion about all things Tigerlily

Exposure to performance management

Ability to train and develop individuals to success

Incredible customer service and selling skills

Professional written and oral communication skills

Capability to recognise gaps in a business, with the knowledge to overcome these opportunities and proven experience in implementing the solution.
