  • Standard Shipping (7-21 Business Days) | $15

    *Please note – Orders over $800 will be subject to pay a Customs Duties fee in the US, Canada & Mexico.

    Deliveries to Rest of World Deliveries may also incur customs or import taxes. These charges vary depending on the country the items are being shipped to and are to be paid separately by the customer. Please check your own country's policies to ensure you have the most updated information regarding import taxes.

    Order Delivery & Tracking

    Your Order is shipped with DHL. You can track your order by visiting their website.You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is processed and this email will have a link to Track Your Order. Tracking data will not update until some hours after purchase, so don’t be concerned if your tracking link doesn’t work right away.
    The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We are not responsible for any late deliveries or loss or damage due to error from DHL or customer entered information. However, our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you in tracking down your parcel should you not receive it within the estimated time.

     

    Entered the wrong address?

    Address Confirmation is normally provided at Checkout, so please take a moment to check that it's correct. We will attempt to update any incorrect order details however we cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. If your Order has been processed and on its way to you, please contact Australia Post and request a redirect for your parcel.
