Login & Registration
I haven’t received a verification email.

If it’s not in your junk mail you might have spelt your email incorrectly when signing up. Give signing up another go by clicking on ‘re-enter your email’ under 'Didn't receive an email?’ and use the correct email address:

I want to update my email address.
It’s super easy to change your contact preferences. All you have to do is click on ‘My Account’ within your Student Beans portal and an option to change your email address will appear.
Make sure you’re using an up-to-date student email so that you don’t miss out on seeing all of our great offers!
I want to delete my Student Beans account.
If you really want to delete your account all you have to do is go to ‘My Account’ and a ‘Delete Account’ button should appear in the top right-hand corner.
Once we receive a request to delete your account it will be deactivated within 7 days. We know you’re probably bored of hearing about GDPR, but we take it seriously, so when your account has been deactivated we will also wipe any data we have for you.
How do I update the photo on my iD?
If you’ve outgrown your iD photo- we won’t hold it to you forever. After all, who isn’t embarrassed by their selfies two years later?
All you have to do is login and go to ‘My Account’ which will take you into your account settings and you’ll see the option to change your photo under the ‘Profile’ tab. On our app simply click on Student Beans iD and the option will come up to change your photo.
We don’t mind what photo you use, but a clear headshot will make it easier to identify you when using in-store discounts- so it’s probably best to stay away from the dog filters for this one.
I want to unsubscribe from your emails.
If you’re finding that we send you too many emails that you’re not interested in, it’s super easy to update your contact preferences.
To unsubscribe from our emails; simply login, click on ‘My Account’ in your Student Beans Portal and untick the boxes that say “More for Student Beans members” and “Get more from the brands you love!” depending on what emails you want to keep receiving.
