Do you offer Click & Collect?

We’re so excited to share starting November, we will be offering Click & Collect for online orders from our Mosman NSW store. 


Will other stores offer Click and Collect?

We are working on having Click & Collect widely available at all our stores, however it is currently offered at our Mosman NSW store only. We will let you know as soon as other stores are available for Click & Collect!

 

Which products are available for Click & Collect?

Each product page will clearly display a message as to whether the product is available for pickup at your selected location. 

 

Where do I select Click & Collect as an option instead of delivery?

During the delivery phase of your checkout, please select ‘Local Pickup’ as an option instead of Standard or Express Shipping under delivery options.

 

Why isn’t ‘Local Pickup’ showing up as an option in my checkout? 

If ‘Local Pickup’ does not appear in your checkout, it means you have an item/s in your cart that’s not available for Click & Collect. Please check on the product page to see if your item is eligible for Local Pickup.

 

If I have multiple items in my cart and some are available for Click & Collect but others aren’t, can I just collect the items in stock and receive the rest in a delivery?

To Click & Collect the items in stock, you will need to place an order with these items only and place a separate order to receive the other items in a delivery. We currently don’t facilitate having a mixed delivery under one order. 

If you choose to keep your items within one order, the whole order will be marked for delivery.

 

How will I be notified when my Click & Collect order is ready? 

You will receive the following email notifications after placing your Click & Collect order: 

  • Order confirmation
  • Order ready for pickup
  • Pickup completed

 

If you have opted in, you may also receive a text message notification as well. Please note pickup for Click & Collect is only available during store opening hours.


What do I need to bring when I collect my order?

Please bring your ‘Pickup Ready’ email or SMS confirmation and matching photo ID. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you have received confirmation before coming to collect your items.


Can someone else collect an order on my behalf? 

If you wish for someone else to collect your order, please ensure the order name matches that of the person’s photo ID. For security reasons we can only provide the item/s to the name listed on your Tigerlily order. 


How long after placing an order will my Click & Collect order be ready for pickup? 

If you order before 11am, our staff will typically prepare your order for collection within 4 hours. Please wait until you receive your notification that your order is ready for pickup. 

 

Can I Click & Collect pre-order items too?

We are actively working on this! We will notify you as soon as pre-order items are available for Click & Collect.
